The Panel Production Workshop is one of FENLERN’s key production areas and among the most automated workshops in our manufacturing facility. Equipped with CNC panel saws and automated production lines, the workshop integrates cutting, material handling, drilling, and surface processing into an efficient workflow. High-precision CNC cutting ensures consistent dimensions and clean edges, while CNC drilling systems provide accurate hole positioning for reliable assembly. Materials are systematically stored and organized by production stage, with standardized operating procedures followed throughout the workshop. Environmentally friendly panels are used to support consistent product quality and meet established environmental standards from the very beginning of production.

The Paint Finishing Workshop handles the complete surface finishing process, including sanding, coating, and quality inspection. Each panel is carefully prepared through fine sanding before entering the controlled spraying process, while experienced operators monitor the finish at every stage. Dedicated testing and packaging areas are arranged within the workshop to ensure efficient workflow. Before mass production, paint samples are produced and tested to confirm the required color, texture, and finish consistency. Professional ventilation and air purification systems help maintain a clean working environment, reducing dust and airborne contaminants. This controlled process delivers smooth, uniform, durable finishes while supporting responsible production and workplace safety.

The Vacuum Forming Workshop is equipped with large-scale vacuum forming equipment and dedicated forming rooms for producing shaped and curved components. Using a controlled vacuum forming process, decorative films or surface materials are closely bonded to the substrate, creating smooth surfaces with well-defined edges and consistent contours. The workshop can produce a variety of curved and irregular components, including curved tabletops, shaped chair backs, and other customized furniture elements. Careful control of temperature, pressure, and forming conditions helps ensure a secure bond between the surface material and substrate. The result is a clean, consistent appearance with good resistance to everyday wear and surface damage.

The Foaming Workshop specializes in foam molding for shaped furniture components, including customized panels, curved elements, and integrated table corner components. The molding process creates smooth, well-defined forms with balanced resilience and structural stability. After molding, skilled workers carry out manual trimming and finishing to refine the surface, edges, and overall shape of each component. This combination of controlled molding and detailed hand finishing allows complex forms to be produced with consistent quality and refined tactile characteristics. Foamed components are widely integrated into modern office furniture, helping enhance comfort, soften visual lines, and create distinctive design details while maintaining reliable performance in daily use.

The Upholstery Workshop specializes in the cutting, covering, and finishing of leather and other upholstery materials. Production begins with careful material selection and precision cutting, followed by professional upholstery, shaping, and edge finishing. Skilled operators ensure that each upholstered surface remains smooth and well-fitted, with full edges, clean seams, and minimal wrinkles. Raw materials, work-in-progress components, and finished parts are organized in designated areas to maintain an efficient and traceable workflow. Through precise craftsmanship and attention to detail, furniture components receive their final layer of comfort and visual refinement here, creating the premium look, feel, and finish expected from modern office furniture.

The Metalworking Workshop is equipped with a complete range of metal fabrication equipment, including laser cutting machines, CNC press brakes, and professional welding systems. Laser cutting provides high precision and clean edges, while CNC bending ensures accurate angles and consistent dimensions across production batches. Welding is performed according to standardized procedures to achieve strong, uniform joints and reliable structural performance. Clearly defined production zones and organized material storage help maintain an efficient workflow. The workshop produces a wide range of metal components and structural frames, including bases for height-adjustable desks, office chairs, workstations, and other furniture products, providing the strength and durability required for long-term commercial use.

The Height-Adjustable Desk Assembly Workshop serves as the final assembly and functional testing stage for our height-adjustable desk products. Within standardized assembly areas, workers complete the installation, wiring, and commissioning of desk frames, electric motors, control units, and related components through an organized production process. Each completed desk undergoes functional testing before moving to the packaging stage. Components and semi-finished products are stored in designated areas to ensure orderly material flow and efficient production scheduling. From individual components to fully assembled products, every desk is carefully inspected and prepared for shipment, ready to support modern workspaces in markets around the world.
